The Finnish Sauna with its 90°C helps circulation, purifies the body and helps to relieve stress. Furthermore, it is strongly recommended after physical activity as the high temperature will help your body to release lactic acid and relax muscles.

The hot tub is a source of physical and spiritual well-being, it relaxes and improves blood circulation.

The emotional shower transforms negative emotions into positive ones thanks to the combination of lights and hot/cold jets.
